The Sprouted Mill & Bakery

A whole grain mill & bakery situated in the beautiful town of Seaforth, Ontario! Stop by the bakery and pick up a bag of freshly milled flour, freshly baked goods or delicious sourdough bread.

All of the baked goods are made from scratch with sprouted whole grain flour milled in-house. Choose between muffins, cookies, brownies or sweet loaves. A variety of breads are available including multigrain, white and whole grain sourdough bread as well as yeasted sandwich loaves. All of our sourdough is naturally fermented and baked fresh.
